I just ran across this old review of one of my favorite reads, I LOVE THIS BOOK! Racing and dogs, can it get any better than that?   The fact that I actually excel at racing in the rain is not because the book so influenced me, but rather that the book's underlying philosphy so resonates for me.  If you havent read it, DO!      Roger 7/10/2016

I'm at Mt Equinox for the Hillclimb.  Only, right now I'm feeling unlucky because I'm back in my hotel room due to pouring rain and fog on the mountain.   Which reminded that luck runs both ways...

If this does not touch your heart, then you just don't have one.

Can you believe it? This guy wins $181 million in the lottery last  Wednesday, and then finds the love of his life just 2 days later.

There are those who would say that my sense of humor has deteriorated over the years.  I say it has not, and I offer in my defense this cartoon that I have saved since 1991.     

My sense of humor was just as bad then, as it is now.

Serious advice from Roger. Yup, thats the real me when I'm in my civvie's, not in my driving suit, it's kind of a super-hero thing, like when I'm the Hulk (Secret!)
